At least 48 hours’ notice is recommended. Rush orders may be accommodated depending on availability.

Where is pickup?

Local pickup is available in the Whitby/Durham area. The exact pickup address is provided once your order is confirmed and payment is completed.

Are orders confirmed immediately?

No. Submitting the form sends an order request. Your order is confirmed only after you receive confirmation from Shaunova Crave.

Do I need to pay to secure my order?

Yes. Full payment is required to secure your order once it has been accepted.

Can I make changes to my order?

Changes may be possible before production begins. Once production has started, requested changes may result in an additional charge or may no longer be possible.

What if Shaunova Crave has to cancel my order?

If Shaunova Crave cancels an accepted order, you will receive a full refund.

What if I can’t make my pickup time?

Late pickup may be accommodated with advance communication — no late-night pickups. Orders can be held for a maximum of 48 hours.

Do you offer delivery?

Local delivery may be available within Durham Region for an additional fee, depending on location and availability. Delivery is not guaranteed.

Do you take large orders or event orders?

Yes — please provide as much advance notice as possible for large orders or events, so there’s enough time to plan ingredients and production.
